Mr Jay Maniyar

Jay Maniyar is a researcher presently working on two Book Projects for the National Maritime Foundation (NMF), New Delhi, India. The books are to do with Japanese and South Korean geopolitical, geo-economic, and geostrategic interests in the Indian Ocean. He is also a Research Fellow at the Defence Research and Studies (DRaS) think-tank and the Chief Editor for an upcoming monthly magazine on geopolitics at the Indic Researchers Forum (IRF). He is a graduate of the famed S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS), Singapore. Jay's core research areas lie in the maritime domains of Japan, South Korea, and the ASEAN. He is well versed in international relations and has published seventy research articles in a number of subject areas aligned to this field.
