Dr Froilan Calilung

Froilan C. Calilung is a Professor at the Faculty of Arts and Letters (Department of Political Science) in the University of Santo Tomas, Philippines, handling Politics and Governance courses. He is also a part time Political consultant for the Presidential Legislative Liaison Office, and a Campaign Strategist (Public Relations) both at the local and national levels. His research areas include Peace Processes, Political Dynamics and Local Government, and his most recent publication is titled, ‘Weighting in on the China Factor in the 2019 elections’ and ‘Investing in the Future , an assessment of Special Education Fund among LGUs’, funded by Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, Germany.
