Mr Balasubramanian Chandrashekar

I am a Senior Research Officer at C3S, with additional responsibilities as the head of media & outreach, and as a programme director for internships. I am also an editor and compiler of the fortnightly bulletin "China Watch".
My expertise is on Sino-Russia relations in the current changing world order. My areas of interest include China’s Foreign Policy, India’s Foreign Policy including Neighbourhood and Maritime Affairs. In the said direction, I have researched on topics ranging from Science & Technology in China, Geo-economics & Statecraft, Indo-Pacific Affairs among several others. Much of my research is reflected in my publications and talks at various fora on strategic affairs.
